When Abbe Gold moved to Summit County, Colorado in late 2009, she realized her vision of living and selling her Mosaic Art in the Rocky Mountains.

 

With breathtaking vistas as her creative inspiration, right outside her front door, she began living her dream, using wildlife, wildflowers, and wonderful mountain landscapes as her subject matter in her mosaic art.

Abbe as the owner of her company, Mosaic Art by Abbe, LLC, has sold her Mosaics in Art Galleries and at Fine Art and Craft Shows in New Jersey.

 

Holding a Bachelors degree in Art, Abbe started using Mosaics as her primary medium in 2002. Creating unique art using a rainbow of colors from stained glass, Italian glass tiles, stone, ceramics, china and found objects is her biggest joy. Each piece of art takes on a life of its own.

Memberships include Colorado Mosaic Artists, and The Society of American Mosaic Artists

Abbe was the 2011 first place winner of the Frisco Beetle Fest Art Contest with her larger than life size Mountain Pine Beetle covered in a myriad of mosaic Colorado wildflowers.
